This caravan has an extremely practical layout for a family or couple. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system. There is a fold-out table and plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats which have access via doors at the front. A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid-section. The kitchen has a 4 ring hob (3x gas and 1x electric), separate grill and oven, Thetford 3-way fridge with ice box (digital controls), fitted Sharp 800w microwave oven and a circular sink. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. Above the kitchen there is a bi-directional omni-vent extraction fan with 3 speeds.

At the rear of the caravan is a fixed double bed with a thick sprung mattress. Overhead lockers are above the bed. Under the bed is yet more storage. There is a TV point between the bedroom and living quarters and therefore a TV can be viewed from either. This rear bedroom can be sectioned off from the rest of caravan by means of a concertina style partition and Venetian blind.

The wet room is also positioned at the rear of the caravan and has a Thetford cassette toilet and shower these can be separated by a folding perspex partitioning door. There is a sink, mirror, cupboard and wardrobe opposite the wet room.

All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. There is a stable door also fitted with a fly screen. The Truma blown air, space heater and water heater work off electric and gas. There are smart alloy wheels which have been fitted with an Alko wheel lock, we would advise that the tyres should be replaced as they are showing signs of perishing (although only fitted 3 years ago). There is an Alko AKS 3004 stabiliser and the large front gas locker has ample room for 2 gas bottles  There is an awning/exterior light, exterior gas BBQ point, there is also a locker door giving access under the fixed bed at the rear of the caravan.

The caravan comes complete with a directional Status 530 aerial, Blaupunkt CD/MP3 radio, smoke detector, CO detector,
